This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Facilitate technical training sessions for both customers and employees focusing on intricate unmanned systems.
• Design, update, and deliver both formal and on-the-job training programs.
• Conduct operator-level training for SkyRaider/SkyRanger, Black Hornet 3, Black Hornet 4, and Rogue 1 systems.
• Offer technical field support and address any maintenance or operational challenges.
• Aid customers in troubleshooting system and network/communications hardware issues.
• Deliver customer demonstrations while supporting the business development team.
• Analyze technical documents, oversee product performance, and evaluate maintenance processes and technical data.
• Provide engineers with insights regarding feature requests and potential product enhancements.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Deliver customer service support through incoming calls and correspondence, including basic troubleshooting and redirection.
• Be prepared to travel and deploy both domestically and internationally, with at least 75% travel commitment, to fulfill customer requirements and contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal, training/customer support, and written communication skills.
• A two-year general business degree or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, or 2-3 years of targeted experience in a professional service/training capacity within a medium to high-volume hi-tech manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
• Operational experience as an unmanned systems operator with the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Experience as an instructor, preferably in the delivery of military, commercial, or general aviation training curricula.
• Certification as a DoD sUAS Master Trainer through a DoD-sponsored institution is considered a plus.
• A minimum of two years of experience using business applications such as Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Capability to obtain an FAA Part 107 Certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with all levels of customer organizations.
• Proficiency in concise reporting and remote communication.
• Familiarity with wireless communication technologies.
• Experience in software testing or system validation and verification is an asset.
• Eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Willingness and ability to travel/deploy with potentially short notice, committing to at least 75% travel to domestic and international sites.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or otherwise eligible to apply for the necessary U.S. export control license.
• Eligible for certification to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Salary range of $77,900.00-$103,800.00.
