This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engaging in design, development, and testing activities.

• Providing support throughout the entire development lifecycle for service creation.

• Analyzing and resolving intricate business and technical integration issues of significance.

• Concentrating on a specific product or technology family across multiple platforms.

• Operating independently within a business sector and contributing at the enterprise level to influence technical decisions during various project phases.

• Writing, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting programs.

• Aiding in the modification of company products and/or internal systems to align with requirements.

• Collecting information from the system, analyzing program and time requirements, and preparing documentation to modify existing programs.

• Conducting research and analysis of current systems and program requirements, with periodic supervision.

• Designing programs for projects or enhancements to existing applications.

• Drafting specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.

• Assisting in troubleshooting issues and defects; developing and proposing alternative solutions to problems.

• Creating test plans to verify the logic of new or modified programs and identifying issues as necessary.

• Producing relevant documentation for assignments, including program code and technical documentation.

• Performing quality assurance tasks such as peer reviews.

• Proficient in Batch job automation and notification services.

• Possessing extensive experience with complex SQL work and query optimization.

• Experience in working within the Member, Managed Care, Provider, Financial, and Claims domains is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience interacting with technical products, vendors, and technology families.

• Background in product configurations.

• Familiarity with relevant software packages or classes of packages, and products within the area of technical expertise.
