Underwriting Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to the Underwriting and Operations Units.

• Collaborate closely with Underwriting Assistants and Underwriters.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of various insurance products available in the US market.

• Merge insurance knowledge with a robust customer-centric approach.

• Assist in account clearance and set-up processes.

• Carry out submission triage activities efficiently.

• Organize and uphold documentation for files.

• Manage multiple tasks and projects while prioritizing critical objectives.

• Exceptional English written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience within the Insurance Industry.

• Proven track record of developing successful relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong customer orientation and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.
