Insurance Underwriting Assistant – Applied Epic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Requesting loss runs and diligently following up to secure them

• Attaching necessary documentation to underwriting files

• Monitoring policies that have been finalized

• Following up on binders, invoices, and policies

• Ensuring all documents are correctly attached to the file

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email applications (such as Outlook), and PDF software for viewing, editing, and merging documents

• Familiarity with commercial insurance carrier portals

• Experience in direct communication with US clients, carriers, or underwriters

• English language proficiency at CEFR C1 level (both written and spoken)

• Availability to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Applied Epic

• Exposure to a wide range of commercial insurance lines
