This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Act as a reliable consultant and advisor for clients in the implementation and optimization of UKG Workforce Management solutions, which encompass UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and UKG Dimensions.
• Assist in comprehensive implementation processes, covering discovery, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collect business requirements and convert them into efficient system configurations and functional solutions.
• Set up Workforce Management modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and Attendance.
• Contribute to the documentation of requirements, functional designs, configuration documentation, and testing activities.
• Address system and configuration issues during the phases of implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders across various project workstreams.
• Handle multiple client projects and deliverables within a consulting framework.
• Offer best-practice recommendations and functional advice to enhance client UKG WFM solutions.
• Engage in client meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and discussions regarding implementation.
• Keep abreast of UKG product knowledge through training, certification, and ongoing education.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems.
• Significant hands-on expertise with UKG WFM, UKG Pro WFM, and/or UKG Dimensions, which is considered a fundamental requirement.
• Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), particularly with strong WFM implementation experience.
• Experience with UKG UTA or other legacy UKG timekeeping platforms is advantageous.
• Practical experience in system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations.
• Experience in configuring Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, and/or Attendance modules.
• Client-facing experience in implementation, consulting, or solution delivery within an HCM/WFM context.
• Experience in leading a module, workstream, or a significant section of an implementation project.
• Strong comprehension of timekeeping rules, pay rules, schedules, accruals, attendance, and employee data structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adjust to evolving project requirements.
• Comfort in remote work and collaboration with distributed project teams.
• Willingness to engage in UKG training, certification programs, and continuous learning.
• Readiness and ability to work on a contract basis when suitable client opportunities arise.
• Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date.
• Ability to commit to agreed project timelines and deliverables once assigned.
• For US and Canada candidates: willingness to travel for client engagements as necessary, up to 10%.
• For candidates in the Philippines: this is a remote position; travel is not required.
• Valid authorization to work in the respective country; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
• Experience in consulting or professional services, UKG certification, North American client experience, WFM integrations/troubleshooting, mentoring, or complex multi-workstream implementations is a plus.
