UKG WFM Technical Consultant – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for designated client implementations.

• Actively cultivate client relationships and deliver results that promote long-term client satisfaction.

• Engage with clients and HCM Unlocked project stakeholders through both verbal and written communication.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned project milestones and guide implementations to successful completion with minimal supervision.

• Oversee scheduling, tools, and methodologies across multiple simultaneous client engagements.

• Provide comprehensive UKG WFM implementation services.

• Configure and implement payroll and timekeeping modules.

• Diagnose and resolve system configuration issues and client-reported challenges.

• Manage several concurrent client implementation projects to completion within established timelines.

• Offer regular project status updates and maintain transparent client communication throughout the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the complete UKG WFM implementation cycle.

• Over 3 years of practical UKG WFM implementation experience.

• At least 3 years of experience providing client-facing UKG WFM implementation services.

• In-depth understanding of the UKG WFM Platform.

• Experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.

• Previous experience in owning and managing multiple projects.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.

• Capability to identify and resolve implementation challenges independently.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.

• Must work independently using professional judgment, methods, and expertise.

• Required to maintain personal general liability insurance and, where applicable, workers' compensation coverage.

• Must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement that includes confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, and non-solicitation clauses.
