UI/UX Designer – Mobile Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance user experiences for Creatio mobile applications, ensuring usability, consistency, and high-quality interactions.

• Shape the UX and UI for platform capabilities that facilitate the building, configuring, and customization of mobile applications.

• Create experiences that empower users to develop applications through no-code tools and AI-driven coding agents.

• Define comprehensive user journeys, information architecture, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs tailored for mobile-first and cross-platform experiences.

• Collaborate intensively with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and fellow Designers to transform product vision into intuitive user experiences.

• Foster ongoing UX improvements informed by user feedback, product objectives, and emerging AI-assisted development methodologies.

• Contribute to and advance the Creatio Design System to maintain scalability and consistency across mobile and platform experiences.

• Prepare design specifications, assist in implementation, and perform design QA to ensure top-quality delivery.

• Generate supporting visual assets, such as icons, illustrations, and other interface elements as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust UX/UI design expertise, encompassing user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma).

• Proven experience in designing complex enterprise products and configuration-driven interfaces.

• Strong grasp of design systems, component-based design, typography, grids, and accessibility principles.

• Capability to conduct UX research, heuristic evaluations, and convert feedback into iterative enhancements.

• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Systems thinking with the capability to create scalable, reusable, and well-documented design solutions.

• Familiarity with AI-driven UX principles, including user guidance, transparency, and control mechanisms.

• Exceptional prioritization, time management, and ownership mindset.

• Keen attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality design specifications and assets.
