UI/UX Designer – Mobile Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance user experiences for Creatio mobile applications, focusing on usability, consistency, and high-quality interactions.

• Shape the UX and UI for the platform's capabilities in building, configuring, and customizing mobile applications.

• Create experiences that empower users to develop applications using no-code tools and AI-driven coding agents.

• Define comprehensive user journeys, information architecture, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs for mobile-first and cross-platform experiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Stakeholders, and other Designers to turn product vision into intuitive user experiences.

• Propel ongoing UX enhancements based on user feedback, product objectives, and emerging AI-assisted development trends.

• Contribute to and refine the Creatio Design System to maintain scalability and consistency across mobile and platform experiences.

• Prepare design specifications, assist with implementation, and conduct design QA to ensure top-quality delivery.

• Create additional visual assets, such as icons, illustrations, and other interface elements as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in UX/UI design, including user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma).

• Experience in designing complex enterprise products and configuration-driven interfaces.

• Solid grasp of design systems, component-based design, typography, grids, and accessibility principles.

• Capability to conduct UX research, heuristic evaluations, and convert feedback into iterative enhancements.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Systems thinking with the ability to create scalable, reusable, and well-documented design solutions.

• Knowledge of AI-driven UX principles, user guidance, transparency, and control mechanisms.

• Strong prioritization, time management, and ownership mindset.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design specifications and assets.
