UI/UX Designer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create user-focused solutions for both web and mobile applications, guiding the process from initial concept to final implementation.

• Convert product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI designs.

• Harmonize visual design, interaction design, and usability to provide clear, functional, and accessible user experiences.

• Engage with established design systems and adhere to accessibility standards.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to comprehend requirements, align on objectives, and ensure accurate implementation.

• Actively engage in design reviews, offering and receiving feedback to enhance the quality of work continuously.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and refine solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Support UX research initiatives by assisting with usability testing, analyzing findings, and applying insights to your designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design within a collaborative product team setting.

• Proficient in Figma, with experience using tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or other prototyping software.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.

• Basic knowledge of accessibility (ADA, WCAG) and the application of inclusive design methods.

• Experience in developing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Capable of managing time efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and communicating project progress effectively.
