UI / UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Create wireframes, websites, and mockups that are easy to navigate, visually attractive, and persuasive.

• Produce graphics and layouts that enhance user experience for websites.

• Design custom CSS pages and application mockups intended for videos and motion graphics.

• Develop responsive templates suitable for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.

• Create and implement website layouts, logos, and branding that resonate with brand values and target demographics.

• Propose and execute a unified visual brand strategy for the company's website, blog, social media platforms, and other digital assets.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in website design and provide regular benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a junior web designer or graphic designer role.

• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in prior web design projects.

• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and usability principles, especially for websites.

• Proficiency in graphic design, art, and psychology, with an insightful understanding of how various elements function together on a webpage.

• Innovative thinking complemented by excellent visual communication, multimedia skills, and computer literacy.

• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Sketch.

• Knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Skills in managing content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

• Experience in responsive design, UI/UX interface design, and principles of user experience design.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines.
