UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create user interfaces for websites and online stores, featuring high-quality bespoke storefronts as well as contemporary Jamstack and headless websites.

• Develop and sustain design systems, which encompass components, tokens, and relevant documentation.

• Facilitate design workshops and engage directly with clients.

• Convert business requirements into visual concepts, prototypes, and mockups.

• Craft micro-interactions and motion design, including transitions, scroll effects, and hover states, while providing specifications or assets for developers.

• Collaborate with development, marketing, and business teams.

• Investigate and utilize AI tools for research, concept generation, and prototyping.

• Assist in project estimations and scoping.

• Remain updated on UI and UX trends and apply them purposefully.

• Engage in daily communication in English with international clients, both in writing and verbally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional UI design experience in web and e-commerce.

• A portfolio showcasing real commercial projects; please include it with your application.

• Robust experience in building and maintaining design systems.

• Proficient in Figma.

• An inquisitive nature regarding AI tools in design, including Figma AI, image generation, and AI-driven research or concept tools.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Strong grasp of current UI and UX trends and their application.

• Capability to analyze data and derive insightful conclusions.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading client workshops.

• Hands-on experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Experience in writing design-related articles or blog posts is a plus.

• Active involvement on Dribbble or Behance is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or UserTesting is a plus.

• Previous experience in a software development company is a plus.

• Skills in 3D visualization are an added advantage.
