UI Designer – AI Neobank App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create refined, user-focused interfaces for both mobile and web applications.

• Convert product specifications into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

• Develop intuitive experiences in areas such as insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.

• Maintain and enhance BJAK's design system to guarantee consistency across all products.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure precise implementation.

• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual uniformity across various devices and platforms.

• Play a key role in enhancing overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual language.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in designing digital products, particularly with a strong emphasis on mobile applications.

• A robust portfolio showcasing outstanding visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and contemporary design workflows.

• In-depth understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines (iOS & Android), and responsive layouts.

• Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.

• Capability to distill complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.

• Portfolio is mandatory. Applications lacking a portfolio will not be considered.
