• Create refined, user-focused interfaces for both mobile and web applications.

• Convert product specifications into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

• Develop user-friendly experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and various financial services.

• Continuously maintain and enhance BJAK's design system to ensure uniformity across all products.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to achieve precise implementation.

• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability assessments.

• Guarantee accessibility, responsiveness, and visual uniformity across multiple devices and platforms.

• Contribute to enhancing overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual aesthetics.

• 2–5 years of experience in designing digital products, particularly with a strong emphasis on mobile applications.

• A robust portfolio showcasing outstanding visual design, interaction design, and UI expertise.

• Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and contemporary design processes.

• Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines (iOS & Android), and responsive design layouts.

• Good grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.

• Capability to distill complex user journeys into user-friendly interfaces.

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.

• A portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
