Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Work closely with the Product Manager to comprehend user challenges and business objectives through techniques such as interviews, usability tests, field observations, and both qualitative and quantitative research.

• Illustrate user journeys and navigation paths, pinpointing friction areas and opportunities for improvement.

• Establish the information architecture.

• Convert business and technical requirements into user-focused solutions.

• Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility across various interfaces.

• Validate hypotheses and prototypes with both stakeholders and users.

• Actively engage in squad ceremonies (planning, daily, review, refinement).

• Provide clear assets and specifications for engineering teams (handoff via Figma/Storybook).

• Assist product and engineering teams in prioritizing and discussing solutions.

• Conduct heuristic evaluations and track usage and satisfaction metrics.

• Execute A/B tests and suggest evidence-based modifications.

• Record design insights and developments.

• Maintain and advance the design system with new components.

• Ensure visual standardization and consistency across products and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies.

• Expertise in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam).

• Comprehensive understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.

• Background in user research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis.

• Experience with design systems, documenting design decisions, and transitioning to engineering handoff.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
