This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Concentrated on community and content safety measures to guard against high-risk activities.
• Engaging in thorough analysis of accounts and content.
• Managing multiple high-volume tasks related to identity verification and enforcement of rules.
• Assessing documentation and video content for potential fraud and identity impersonation.
• Communicating with end-users to verify documentation and authenticate accounts.
• Enforcing DMCA and copyright regulations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to eliminate high-risk content and users.
• Investigating content and profiles reported by the community, taking necessary actions.
• Partnering with team members and leaders for continuous process enhancements.
• Executing other essential duties as assigned.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within an e-commerce setting.
• Strong interest in regulatory and compliance matters related to user-generated content platforms.
• Open-minded, resilient, and inquisitive, comfortable with investigating objectionable online content and behaviors.
• Ability to adjust to new workflows and policy changes in a dynamic regulatory landscape.
• Capability to take a comprehensive approach to risk assessment and enforcement of rules by considering multiple variables.
• Familiarity with best practices in policy enforcement; utilizes resource materials and precedent cases to inform decision-making.
• Proven ability to investigate, moderate, and resolve conflicts.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to make informed decisions in real-time.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology; adept at navigating and comprehending new systems and platforms.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends; regular schedules assigned based on seniority.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory for roles based in Quebec to facilitate communication with colleagues and suppliers as needed.
• Proficiency in another language is required for this role to interact with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside of Quebec.
• 4 Day Work Week (work 32 hours but get paid for 40 hours).
