This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary contact for clinical communications with patients, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
• Administer injections and medications as required.
• Deliver direct clinical care for minor check-in appointments or laboratory draws.
• Provide necessary paperwork and educational resources for patients.
• Assist with clinic visits as appropriate and according to training when needed.
• Facilitate the daily operations of the clinic by offering backup support for Medical Assistants.
• Maintain logs accurately.
• Clean rooms as necessary and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
• Acquire and transcribe patient medical records as required.
• Address additional workflow tasks as they arise.
• Must hold a current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is essential.
• Lactation certification (IBCLC, CLC, CLE) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are preferred.
