Triage Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse - Virtual Care - Pediatrics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Managing clinical triage through text messages and phone calls from caregivers while offering clinical direction.

• Addressing both non-urgent and urgent inquiries via text messages, images, videos, and calls from parents regarding their clinical concerns.

• Delivering suitable assessments and plans for their child’s care.

• Recording vaccination histories for new patients.

• Developing vaccination catch-up plans for new patients who are not up to date.

• Uploading test results and clinic notes received from referral partners.

• Performing other administrative tasks as necessary.

• Prior experience in a pediatrics practice as a triage nurse or medical assistant is essential.
