This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage incoming patient inquiries from various practices utilizing digital platforms from 8am to 6:30pm.
• Make safe and effective clinical judgments based on limited information when necessary.
• Provide telephone consultations as required.
• Issue prescriptions, fit notes, referrals, and safety-netting advice.
• Appropriately escalate complex or high-risk cases.
• Support the broader remote team, including pharmacists and care coordinators.
• Adapt to various clinical systems and local processes.
• Maintain clinical oversight across multiple patient flows.
• Accurately document consultations in accordance with GMC and practice standards.
• Conduct audits of the work performed by other GPs, pharmacists, and care coordinators.
• Full GMC registration with a valid license to practice.
• Inclusion in the NHS England GP Performers List.
• Experience in triage and remote consultations.
• Capability to manage clinical risk safely in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne, Accurx, Patchs, eConsult, or other GP clinical systems.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain focus and clinical vigilance while handling multiple practice workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A minimum of 2 years post-CCT experience is preferred.
• Fully remote work position.
