This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Create and revise Individual Plans of Care (IPOCs) utilizing clinician-completed Diagnostic Assessments and FIRPP notes.
• Complete documentation for Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings.
• Perform CALOCUS assessments.
• Administer and evaluate standardized assessment tools as necessary, including PHQ 9, GAD 7, and similar instruments.
• Engage in minimal collaboration with clients, families, and clinicians as needed to ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure adherence to CARF, SC Medicaid, and payer documentation standards.
• Record all activities in the EHR system.
• Adhere to assigned deadlines and turnaround expectations on a per event basis.
• Master’s degree in a human services discipline (Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology is highly preferred).
• Exceptional clinical writing skills.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using an electronic health record system.
• Access to a reliable laptop and a secure internet connection.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Contractors have the flexibility to set their own hours while adhering to deadline expectations.
