This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Mentor and guide Account Executives on structuring and delivering treasury-focused demonstrations, fostering team-wide capability and confidence with financial buyers rather than solely stepping in yourself.
• Educate and enhance the skills of AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration pathways, and strategies for addressing technical objections in the field.
• Create reusable enablement materials such as demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one-pagers.
• Establish a feedback mechanism between the field and Product, ensuring that actual prospect and customer insights influence the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout intricate mid-market sales cycles, bringing treasury and technical credibility to discovery calls, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Tailor product demonstrations to align with prospects' specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking arrangements.
• Lead technical and treasury-oriented discussions with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to identify pain points and connect them to Agicap's value proposition.
• Develop and present customized business cases and ROI analyses to expedite deal velocity and enhance average contract value.
• Conduct proof-of-concept assessments and manage sandbox environments for prospects, overseeing the technical aspect of the sales process from start to finish.
• Address RFPs and respond to security/technical inquiries.
• Contribute to competitive positioning by acquiring in-depth knowledge of US alternatives and clearly communicating Agicap's unique offerings.
• Act as the primary authority on US banking connectivity during the sales process, advising prospects on integration paths (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their existing banking relationships.
• Simplify complex connectivity concepts into clear, non-technical language for CFOs and Controllers, serving as the communication bridge that transforms technical depth into deal momentum.
• Actively engage with US banks — including both major national institutions and regional banks — to establish and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation.
• Assist prospects in anticipating integration complexities early on, minimizing post-sale surprises and expediting time-to-live.
• Collaborate closely with implementation and customer success teams to facilitate banking connectivity setup for new clients.
• Lead or assist in the technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections with US banks, including large nationals (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional institutions (Note: as Agicap US expands, hands-on configuration tasks are expected to shift to a dedicated implementation resource — candidates will be informed accordingly).
• Develop and maintain a dynamic playbook of US bank integration specifications, contacts, and known requirements to streamline setup time across the team.
• Troubleshoot connectivity challenges during onboarding and serve as an escalation point for banking integration issues.
• Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when necessary.
• Relay market and prospect insights back to Product to shape the US banking connectivity roadmap.
• Monitor and report on the effects of pre-sales involvement on win rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle durations.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation.
• Practical background in corporate treasury — ideally someone who has encountered cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting challenges from the corporate side before transitioning to the vendor or consulting sector; CTP designation is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of US banking connectivity standards: SFTP file transfer, Host-to-Host (H2H) connections, SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of US banks, including regional and community banks.
• Strong comprehension of corporate treasury workflows: cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, forecasting.
• Proven track record in supporting intricate B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, particularly with mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Exceptional communicator — equally adept in discussions with CFOs and technical integration conversations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where little exists (this is a relatively new role at Agicap US).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Attractive compensation: Annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150k to $200k based on seniority.
• Competitive benefits package that includes health benefits and a 401k plan.
• Top performers have the opportunity to access stock options.
