Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and hands-on execution of Azure-based solutions.

• Write production-level code using .NET Core, React, services, and APIs.

• Establish and uphold patterns by creating reference implementations.

• Develop and design CI/CD pipelines and developer tools.

• Implement production support at scale, focusing on observability, SLOs, and alerting.

• Collaborate with the SRE team and engineering support to operationalize these patterns.

• Take the lead in addressing high-severity production incidents.

• Design and execute microservices and APIs with clearly defined contracts.

• Articulate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and risks effectively in both written and verbal formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in designing and developing large-scale, cloud-native platforms.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with Azure services.

• Strong skills in .NET Core and modern web technologies (React).

• Proven track record in defining and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM.

• Proficient in CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions.

• Practical experience in site reliability engineering.

• In-depth understanding of relational and document data stores.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools in production environments.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Azure certifications are preferred.
