Presales Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Become a Pre-Sales Solution Architect at TD SYNNEX and contribute to the development of service solutions that enhance our global Product Support Services portfolio.

• Lead presales initiatives: assess RFI/RFP specifications, confirm client requirements, and create customized service solutions.

• Work alongside capture and proposal teams to develop persuasive, compliant solution frameworks and bidding strategies.

• Participate in meetings, clarify specifications, and conduct gap analyses to refine solutions.

• Serve as the bridge between presales and delivery to ensure seamless execution.

• Spearhead the development of supply chain solutions and opportunity capture for TD SYNNEX OEM and channel partners.

• Design, coordinate, and implement solution sets that improve profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of domestic and international supply chain strategies, practices, and processes.

• Conduct demand and cost analyses, supply risk assessments, and design models across manufacturing, fulfillment, 3PL warehousing, logistics, and transportation.

• Develop technical specifications, cost models, and sourcing strategies to support proposals.

• Validate offerings from internal teams and partners against technical, cost, and compliance criteria.

• Onboard, evaluate, and integrate new delivery partners into our global services network.

• Identify and engage in continuous improvement projects to promote lean execution and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 3 years in sales engineering or consulting roles.

• 3-5 years of experience in building and implementing supply chain solutions.

• 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related IT field is preferred.

• Technical certifications from major OEMs (e.g., Cisco, NetApp, IBM, Hitachi, Dell/EMC) are advantageous.

• CLTD certification is ideal, although not mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge of supply chain and OEM ecosystems.

• Strong abilities in solution design, presales architecture, and proposal writing.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and achieve win–win outcomes.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills; adept at working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in relevant computer systems, modeling tools, and productivity platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, cost modeling, CRM/CPQ tools).
