Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the current Treasury Management System.

• Supervise the cash accounting process to guarantee that cash activities are recorded in a timely and precise manner.

• Streamline Kaplan's banking, credit card processor, and payment provider relationships to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all structures.

• Maintain an accurate database (Archer) of all bank accounts to ensure the correctness of all information.

• Oversee the Treasury URM Online User review to confirm that only active users have access to the banking platforms and that their entitlements are accurate.

• Act as the treasury subject matter expert within the organization, particularly for Internal and External auditors.

• Supervise a team consisting of one Treasury Analyst.

• Assist with both international and domestic cash forecasting and strategies for cash international repatriation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA and/or CTP certification is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 6 years in Treasury, including at least two years in a supervisory role.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with Treasura or a comparable treasury workstation.

• Experience with Oracle or a similar general ledger system.
