Treasury Management Billing & Account Analysis Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Supervise billing operations for complex and high-value client segments.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of billing processes.

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) regarding billing and account analysis practices.

• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing billing models, executing pricing strategies, and capturing revenue.

• Conduct thorough profitability analyses, support revenue optimization, and develop pricing strategies.

• Provide insights to senior leadership regarding billing trends, performance metrics, and potential opportunities.

• Create and implement advanced reporting tools and dashboards.

• Design and improve control frameworks for billing and account analysis processes.

• Manage audit engagements and oversee remediation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in billing, account analysis, or treasury services.

• Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, pricing strategies, and account analysis methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency with billing/account analysis platforms and financial systems (e.g., Weiland, XAA, CBS).
