Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of daily reserve management by monitoring positions, ensuring adequate coverage across both fiat and on-chain providers, and addressing anomalies proactively to prevent potential issues.

• Manage and execute wire transfers, ACH settlements, and wallet funding in collaboration with Brale's banking and custodial partners.

• Create and sustain treasury rebalancing workflows that ensure funds are appropriately allocated across various rails, partners, and reserve accounts.

• Maximize returns associated with reserves throughout the Brale portfolio, focusing on performance that ultimately benefits our clients.

• Establish operational controls, reconciliation processes, and documentation that can scale with increasing transaction volumes.

• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and engineering teams to enhance the reliability and auditability of treasury operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payments operations at a bank, fintech, or financial infrastructure organization.

• Practical experience with executing wire transfers, managing bank portals, and reconciling positions across multiple accounts.

• Exceptional operational accuracy; you identify discrepancies, document your processes, and follow through without needing reminders.

• Ability to navigate both traditional banking and emerging payment rails; familiarity with stablecoins or digital asset custody is advantageous.

• Bonus: experience with an early-stage or rapidly growing fintech where you contributed to ongoing improvements in system and process performance.
