
Traveling Chiller Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial chiller systems.
• Identify and resolve issues with centrifugal, screw, scroll, and absorption chillers.
• Work on systems manufactured by LG, Trane, York, JCI, and Daikin.
• Analyze technical drawings, wiring schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Carry out start-ups, commissioning, and performance evaluations of systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration elements.
• Assist in central plant operations, including cooling towers and pumps.
• Offer suggestions for system enhancements, repairs, and maintenance.
• Keep precise service documentation and reports.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems is required.
• Demonstrated experience with chillers (centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers - both air and water cooled).
• Practical experience with at least one of the following OEMs (chillers): LG, Johnson Controls (York), Trane, Daikin, Carrier.
• Strong comprehension of refrigeration cycles, control systems, and electrical systems.
• Capability to troubleshoot intricate mechanical and control problems.
• EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
