This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding support to Croatian-speaking travelers by responding to their inquiries

• Oversee booking management

• Address and resolve any travel-related challenges

• Improve the overall travel experience for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Your nationality and native language should be explicitly mentioned in your application.

• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
