• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, cruises, excursions, and car rentals.
• Oversee multiple travel itineraries, ensuring all information is precise and current.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to confirm and finalize travel plans.
• Track booking confirmations, deadlines, and payment timelines.
• Efficiently manage schedule alterations, cancellations, and re-bookings.
• Keep comprehensive records of client interactions and booking information.
• Provide outstanding customer support with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and possess a social security number.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
