Executive Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer – Advisory and Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Deliver executive advisory services to around 20 CHRO members

• Collaborate as a team member at Gartner, serving CHRO members

• Engage in all stages of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, service delivery, review, and renewal

• Organize or take part in regular member events, such as strategy workshops, roundtables, and webinars

• Identify and implement innovative solutions by evaluating member requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• An undergraduate degree or a Master's is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in a CHRO role

• Over 15 years of experience in the HR field

• Comprehensive understanding of the HR function and the responsibilities of a CHRO

• Experience in consulting with the federal government on human capital matters is advantageous

• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities
