📋 Description

• Engage with travelers via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Assist in reviewing travel itineraries and confirming trip details

• Provide comprehensive information about travel destinations and procedures

• Follow up with clients before departure to ensure they are prepared

• Address client inquiries and escalate more complex issues when required

• Support travelers with trip preparation and offer assistance before and during their travel experiences
