• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure precision and client satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their travels to guarantee a positive experience.

• Maintain accurate documentation and update booking systems as necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service (preferably in travel, hospitality, or related fields).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
