• Offer support via email, chat, and phone interactions
• Assist with modifications to itineraries, updates, and general travel inquiries
• Supply information on destinations and travel guidelines
• Conduct follow-ups with travelers prior to their departure
• Address concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Preferred experience in customer support
• Must be dependable and organized
• Comfortable with online tools and willing to learn new systems
