📋 Description

• Research and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel guidelines

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations

• Provide insights on industry specifics including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Analyze operational workflows and business partnerships, proposing enhancements

• Cultivate, share, and broaden understanding of the travel sectors supported

• Engage with both existing and potential clients to assist them in traveling efficiently and achieving their goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes
