Travel Consultant, Amadeus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Share industry insights including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Assess operational workflows and client relationships, recommending enhancements

• Keep abreast of developments in the supported travel sectors

• Engage with and respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients

• Offer travel advice to enable clients to travel efficiently and achieve their goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficient in GDS Amadeus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, its policies, procedures, and processes

• Familiarity with DOT, TSA, passport, and visa requirements

• Willingness to adjust schedules to meet operational demands
