Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Provide insights on industry trends, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational workflows and client relationships, proposing enhancements

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors

• Engage with current and prospective clients, responding to their requests

• Assist clients in traveling efficiently and achieving their goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes

• Flexibility in scheduling is essential

• Capability to adapt to changes in the operational schedule
