Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and make travel arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Organize and book domestic and international business travel across various modes of transport, including air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, and/or back-office systems.

• Offer proactive travel recommendations and promote additional services while complying with clients’ travel policies.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively to achieve business and account-specific objectives, including customer satisfaction, call compliance, and service metrics.

• Deliver exceptional service and innovative, timely travel solutions for premier clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel, with a preference for business travel.

• Knowledge of fares and ticketing regulations for car, air, and hotel bookings.

• Proficient in Sabre GDS.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• High level of integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of personal traveler information.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

• Capability to resolve customer issues promptly and independently.

• Team-oriented mindset with receptiveness to feedback.

• Availability for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
