Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess client requirements and objectives for intricate, multi-phase initiatives.

• Recommend strategies and standardized workflows to ensure effective adoption of ModMed software.

• Conduct process evaluations and identify gaps to highlight organizational inefficiencies, needs, and client goals.

• Execute readiness evaluations across various business units.

• Oversee multi-phase implementations for organizations with several business units transitioning to ModMed.

• Facilitate phased rollout planning, dependency mapping, super-user support, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Create and deliver workflow documentation and change-management strategies.

• Monitor adoption rates and process standardization through optimizations.

• Provide assistance to team members facing complex challenges during non-multi-phase implementations.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate practices and issues related to cross-departmental workflows and system functions.

• Offer implementation support, KPI reporting, workflow design, optimization, and customized materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - preferred.

• 5 years of experience in Clinical, Operational, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• 1 year of experience in Business Consulting.

• Familiarity with Change Management, Communication, Consulting, Critical Thinking, Conflict Resolution, Healthcare Operations, Presentation, Project Management, Implementation Planning, Public Speaking, EHR or Practice Management, Resolution, and Troubleshooting.

• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
