This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Engage with clients to determine their travel objectives, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Investigate and propose travel solutions, which may include cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and various travel services.
• Oversee reservations and provide assistance to clients throughout the planning and booking phases.
• Keep precise records and documentation of client interactions while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms.
• Conduct follow-up communications to foster repeat business, referrals, and enduring client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives through networking, relationship-building, referrals, and social media engagement.
• Remain updated on travel industry trends, supplier offerings, promotions, and knowledge of destinations.
• Provide a superior level of customer service while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
