This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with both potential and current clients.
• Engage with clients to determine their travel objectives, preferences, and financial constraints.
• Investigate and propose travel solutions, such as cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and additional travel services.
• Facilitate reservations and support clients throughout the planning and booking journey.
• Ensure accurate client records and documentation, upholding confidentiality and data integrity.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms.
• Conduct follow-up communications to promote repeat business, referrals, and lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives through networking, relationship-building, referrals, and social media engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, supplier offerings, promotions, and destination insights.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and web-based booking systems.
