This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate transition and demobilization projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and governance structures
• Achieve timely, high-quality results while ensuring operational continuity
• Manage risks, resources, and financial performance effectively
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboard insights
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and seamless handoffs
• Promote continuous improvement through post-transition evaluations and insights
• Create detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Assess project resource needs and allocate resources efficiently
• Work with functional managers to secure essential resources for successful project execution
• Oversee daily project operations, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met
• Develop and oversee project budgets
• Monitor project advancement, track essential metrics, and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Identify project risks and formulate mitigation strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, offering updates on project status, risks, and challenges
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts
• Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements, expectations, and interdependencies
• Encourage effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
• Monitor resource utilization and address conflicts
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet stakeholder satisfaction
• Facilitate, develop, and manage project documentation
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Over 3 years of relevant postgraduate experience
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and SharePoint is highly preferred
• Previous technical knowledge/skills in the facilities services sector
• Strong skills in problem analysis and resolution
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships
• Administrative, management, and leadership capabilities
• Proven high-level verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, following instructions accurately
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and execute tasks in a dynamic operational environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to meet deadlines, milestones, and deliverables promptly
• PMP or other project management certifications are advantageous
