This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and establish project objectives and success metrics.
• Effectively oversee strategic business transformation projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing EnableComp’s RCM operations, technology adoption, and client outcomes.
• Manage comprehensive project lifecycles, which include scoping, resource allocation, risk management, and conducting post-implementation reviews.
• Propel initiatives focused on automation, system integrations, and process re-engineering to bolster operational efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a change agent, adeptly communicating and managing expectations with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans and ensure timely updates on milestones, deliverables, and any potential roadblocks.
• Perform impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies, formulating mitigation strategies to guarantee project success.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend ongoing enhancements to maintain improvements.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in relation to the responsibilities outlined above.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• PMP certification is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within a rapidly growing business in the healthcare sector, preferably in revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of operational systems and processes in the healthcare or revenue cycle management industries.
• Capability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders involved.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of end-to-end operational activities and a proven ability to facilitate complex, time-sensitive decisions.
• Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated success in complex settings.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to the above requirements will be considered.
• Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in office applications, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other learning technologies.
