This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of and oversee the pricing approval process for any alterations to existing pricing as well as new pricing requests.
• Lead the pricing committee, which includes managing the agenda, facilitating meetings, and tracking open items, decisions, and future actions.
• Act as the process authority, ensuring that all pricing requests follow a consistent, documented approval workflow.
• Assess the financial viability of pricing proposals, considering margin analysis, discount depth, deal structure, and revenue implications.
• Create and maintain standardized economic models to evaluate pricing requests uniformly across various deal types (new logo, renewal, expansion, co-term, multi-year).
• Provide a formal recommendation for approval or rejection to the pricing committee, accompanied by supporting financial rationale.
• After pricing approval, implement all required system updates in the master price list and CPQ platform promptly and accurately.
• Keep pricing documentation, rate cards, and policy guides updated for the Sales organization’s use.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Management to ensure that pricing materials reflect current approved structures and are easily accessible.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing operations, deal desk, revenue operations, FP&A, or a related finance or commercial operations role.
• Proven experience with CPQ platforms (such as Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, DealHub, Zuora, or similar), encompassing configuration, administration, or workflow management.
• Robust financial acumen with the capability to construct and interpret margin models, discount economics, and deal-level P&L impacts.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional governance processes (including pricing committees, approval workflows, and escalation paths).
• Outstanding organizational skills with a history of managing multiple concurrent processes with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting analyses and recommendations to senior Finance and Sales leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling; experience with SQL or BI tools for data querying is advantageous.
