Transcript Verification Student Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluate high school transcripts and academic coursework.

• Conduct substantial data entry tasks.

• Input data into databases, spreadsheets, or systems, focusing mainly on digital files.

• Verify entries for mistakes and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.

• Organize and classify data for efficient retrieval, reference, and analysis.

• Fulfill required training and participate in team meetings.

• Work autonomously while also collaborating with a team.

• Analyze data and draw logical conclusions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin.

• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.

• Keep a good academic and judicial standing at the University.

• Exhibit flexibility and enthusiasm in a dynamic work environment.

• Dedication to completing all required training and attending team meetings.

• Uphold discretion, security, and integrity when handling confidential information.

• Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and responsiveness.

• Capable of working independently while also being a team player.

• Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions.

• Must own a laptop or PC.

• Must have a reliable internet connection.

• Work-study eligibility information is required.

• A criminal history background check is required for finalists.

• If selected, candidates must complete the federal Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form and provide acceptable original documents to verify identity and work authorization in the United States.
