This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Creation, booking, and tracking of commission invoices and payments.
• Management of a global commission database alongside a yearly projected commission pipeline database.
• Invoicing and coordination for the transfer of international commission funds.
• Preparation of deal-related documents necessary for acceptance by revenue accountants.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting departments.
• Oversight, review, and approval of a substantial volume of transactions across various types.
• Processing and governance communication with the account team and client.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms.
• Proficient in all relevant software and hardware applications, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CoStar Real Estate Manager.
• Excellent financial, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills.
• Capability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions concurrently.
• Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, highly professional, and focused on customer service.
• Experience working with a global team is advantageous.
