This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Administer and enhance the Brivity CRM to elevate the Client's operational functions, focusing on transaction and database management priorities.
• Supervise all facets of buyer and seller transactions from the initial engagement to the closing stage.
• Prepare all necessary pre-listing documents and secure essential signatures on listing contracts and disclosures.
• Enter all listing details into MLS and marketing platforms, and ensure the submission of required paperwork to the office broker.
• Collaborate with external parties such as title/escrow services, mortgage lenders, and appraisal processes.
• Organize inspections and assist in negotiations related to repairs until completion.
• Submit all required documentation for file compliance and update the client database system accordingly.
• Conduct follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days to support home improvements, collect referrals, or engage in circle prospecting.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management software.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-driven, achievement-oriented, and collaborative.
• Capability to manage and organize competing priorities and diverse workloads.
• Ability to work independently in alignment with the client's business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
