This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Provide exceptional transaction coordination services to clients acquired by Transactly.
• Offer listing coordination support for high-volume real estate professionals.
• Navigate confidently within Transactly's technology platform for efficient task management and communication.
• Keep transaction records updated within Brivity, PLACE’s technology platform.
• Engage in proactive and professional communication with clients, agents, and co-op partners.
• Share insights and feedback to enhance our platform, service model, and team culture.
• Embrace an ownership mindset—reflecting the values of PLACE.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent.
• A strong passion for organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn about contracts and compliance across various states.
• In-depth knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines.
• Proficient in using digital tools, platforms, and systems.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to exceed expectations.
• A service-oriented mindset combined with a solutions-focused approach.
• Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance provided.
