Transaction & Compliance Broker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.

📋 Description

• Assist the Designated Managing Broker in managing broker operations.

• Aid agents in providing outstanding real estate services.

• Ensure adherence to state licensing laws, REALTOR membership, and MLS participation.

• Facilitate training sessions on contracts, risk management, licensing, and real estate legislation.

• Address agent requests for support in a timely manner.

• Conduct reviews of contracts to ensure legal compliance.

• Help implement the eXp Risk Management Program.

• Collaborate with team members utilizing remote communication tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active broker's license.

• Proven success as a supervising real estate broker.

• Knowledge of real estate brokerage regulations at the state level.

• Team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.

• Proficient in G Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

• Experience working remotely is necessary.

• Advanced skills in Trello are preferred.
