Senior Utility Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the implementation of the AssurX software platform in collaboration with AssurX business partners.

• Offer consulting services to current customers to ensure efficient use and adoption of solutions.

• Carry out product installation, configuration, application tuning, and upgrades.

• Create and sustain system integrations, middleware, interfaces, and associated documentation.

• Address intricate implementation, requirements, design, and business process issues.

• Work with clients to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Complete project assignments punctually by adhering to set deliverables and timelines.

• Assist in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.

• Collaborate as part of a core project team to fulfill project requirements and meet customer expectations.

• Travel to customer locations across the nation and work from home when not traveling.

• Engage in training programs to develop and uphold expertise in the AssurX platform and related solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting electric utility enterprise applications and system integrations.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture within the electric utility sector.

• Proven experience in constructing and executing process workflows.

• Familiarity with AssurX software solutions or other GRC/QMS platforms such as SigmaFlow, Archer, VComply, or MasterControl is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including MS 365, Teams, and remote desktop applications.

• Experience with Windows and Windows Server system administration.

• Knowledge of C#/.NET and PowerShell scripting.

• Front-end web development skills with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub.

• Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMWare and Hyper-V.

• Proficiency with various IDE and development tools, including MS Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Developer Tools, SSMS, and IIS.

• Experience with API and ETL processes.

• Knowledge of NERC CIP and asset compliance management.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

• Skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and focus on customer needs.

• High standards of professional ethics.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites nationwide, up to 20% per month based on project needs.
