This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborates with the Intelex Project Team to ascertain the Technical Configuration of applications acquired by customers by reviewing and comprehending the Application Design Documentation, User Stories, and Configuration Workbooks.
• Engages with Intelex Customers to gauge their familiarity with the Intelex Application prior to training delivery, thereby identifying the most suitable training delivery channels.
• Produces tailored training documentation specific to Intelex/Customer Applications as well as standard out-of-the-box Platform training.
• Creates customized training materials based on best practices for utilizing Intelex functionalities and administering application modules, leveraging Out of the Box training documents.
• Responsible for researching, developing, preparing, and facilitating both onsite and online training sessions.
• Evaluates and interprets user requirements, technical specifications, and application features to convert them into suitable training formats.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and consistently seeks opportunities to enhance product knowledge and capabilities.
• Modifies product functionalities to align with specific client business requirements when necessary.
• Requires travel to client sites within Canada, the U.S., and occasional international locations. Anticipated travel is 20-30%.
• Accountable for meeting a weekly utilization target that balances customer-related work and internal projects.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in delivering training materials to individuals and groups.
• Experience in Software Training is advantageous.
• A demonstrated passion for software/technology and aptitude is regarded as beneficial.
• Proven experience in learning software applications and creating customized training both onsite and online.
• A solid grasp of adult learning principles, potential learning obstacles, instructional development, and related solutions.
• Ability to comprehend and adapt to diverse audiences within the organization (varied individuals, groups, and expertise levels).
• A logical approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to clearly communicate business challenges and proposed solutions to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate in front of groups of varying sizes.
• Flexibility to learn and apply new business and technical concepts effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in building internal and external relationships and managing challenging personalities or situations.
• Self-driven to enhance and maintain skill sets and product knowledge.
• A professional self-starter with a strong attention to detail, capable of working independently.
• Collaborative mindset across departments and industries.
• Understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, or Quality is considered an asset.
