This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Perform needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to create training solutions that align with the objectives of Field Service and installers.

• Create training materials, which include instructional videos, eLearning modules, job aids, and quick-reference guides.

• Deliver training through ILT, VILT, video-based learning, and eLearning methods.

• Identify and monitor metrics to assess learning effectiveness and continually enhance training content and its delivery.

• Stay updated on training trends, technologies, and innovative approaches to instructional media, integrating new methods as appropriate.

• Represent Hunter Douglas with professionalism to internal teams, dealers, and installers.

• Oversee multiple projects while adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Travel 25–35% as necessary to support training initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Training, or related fields is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in the window fashions industry, installation, training, photography, or video production is preferred.

• Over 2 years of experience in delivering and facilitating in-person training.

• Extensive public speaking experience and a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

• Expert-level proficiency in video production and editing, including scripting, shooting, and post-production tasks.

• Exceptional capability in designing and developing web-based training/eLearning content using current authoring tools.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for video, live classroom, and virtual sessions.

• Ability to convert complex technical information into accessible and engaging content.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Knowledgeable in training techniques, instructional design, and adult learning theory.

• Familiarity with LMS, virtual platforms, and media tools.

• Strong command of grammar, writing, and editing for training materials.

• Project and time management skills suitable for coordinating multiple concurrent projects.

• Competent in identifying and disseminating data trends through Excel analysis.

• Willingness to travel 25–35% as required.
